You’re right. This isn’t just about the health care sector anymore. It’s about people locked in a 1945 mindset when Friedrich A. von Hayek published A Road to Serfdom. It’s about the free market forces that ran amok over economy earlier this year.
The real agenda is to finally pass a good piece of legislation that will ensure there is a sustainable distribution of wealth. The amount of people going bankrupt because of medical bills even after insurance kicks in is far too much to be considered just.

One thing is for sure, I do not think anyone is happy about what we are seeing, it really does not matter if you are democratic, republican, independent or libertarian or other.
The main thing here is that people are upset and afraid that they are going to end up not only without health care but having to deal with their parents health care needs, if the government takes away health care, the children of those elderly will be responsible for their care and that is scary.
People are scared for a reason and the democrats are not doing anything to change that perception, to me that is a mistake but hey we have a vote and it is coming soon, if you do not like what is going on vote them out of office.
