How is health care reform seen in pop culture?

I’m doing an assignment on how health care can be shown to have gotten worse in the past 10 years though means of pop culture (art, music, movies, etc.) I have found a couple political cartoons and I know that Michael Moore did a documentary called Sicko about health care in the united states but that Is about all I can find. Does anyone know any songs that talk about health or any art pieces that involved health care?

wanda sykes talks about it briefly in her new hbo special "ima be me" – i gotta say i dont agree with anything she has to say politically, but at least i can laugh about it, i love her, she is hilarious- in fact, im watching right now
