    Health “mandate” …
    Health “mandate” reform…*AHEMHEM*…I mean, care reform. Written by lobbyists, for the sake of the unhealthy, and signed into law by an alcoholic smoker. Hilarity ensues.

    Follow the money folks, find out for yourselves. Our glamorous champions of the underclass just sold the young, the healthy, and the working class to the industry for a few $200 meals and a vacation spot at Charlie Rangel’s Caribbean Romp Ranch:

    Open Secrets

    Odumbas magical …
    Odumbas magical math is being OUTED as all lies and LYING BY OMMISION lies! ….he has not even told the FACT that only about 10% percent of any Businesses qualify to get any “tax” bennies! And it all depends on those bosses NEVER giving anyone a RAISE (or they will not get that CREDIT) …so try to do a good job newly hired workers? Your reward will not be in a RAISE! …..but will be diminishing prospects as Odumba gains control over your BOSS and your HealthCare (now socialist crap) ect

    You are correct it …
    You are correct it does not say that in the Consitution, seat belt laws are enforced by individual states. Taking over healthcare and forcing you to pay for something in this country is completely unConstitutional. If you don’t pay they fine you, do you not see how that is fundamentally wrong?

  4. maczadic says:

    haha u have a weak …
    haha u have a weak understanding of law and politics. not to mention that wearing a seatbelt falls into state law and has nothing to do with the powers inherent or enumerated by the United States Constitution.

    @partymartyrocks I remember saying that when
    they passed the patriot act

  6. brettc555 says:

    So forcing people …
    So forcing people for the first time in American history to pay for something that they might not necessarily want is Constitutional? Guess what, if you don’t pay, you get fined. What happened to freedom?

    @andyx1205 Pssshhh. …
    @andyx1205 Pssshhh… you call $50+ BILLION in new revenues for the insurance companies, for the sake of the unhealthy, punishing the healthy and the young (and the jobless), and ignoring the constitution—this you call “progress”?

    Dumb motherfuckers, ever last one. Whatever last remnants of self-responsibility were left in this country have officially been systematically neutered from their rightful progeny. This country will fall within a generation.

  11. StLucas776 says:

    @dunn98632 well, …
    @dunn98632 well, nowhere in the constitution does
    it say we require seatbelts either, but that is law

  14. ayethereztherub says:

    @solidysnake1 …
    @solidysnake1 Really? Because the reason for 90% of the health costs in this country have nothing to do with some arcane corporate conspiracy, but with ailments stemming from obesity/weight, smoking, and drug related ailments, all the direct result of irresponsible CHOICES. And these are the ones we are being FORCED to pay for, without one wit of constitutional respect. Your messiah just sold the youth to the industry—only a gentry lib could call that “change.”

  15. memama2 says:

    @duhastschaben = …

Kinda like Korea and Kimmie-Jaa-con-ill !!! the cult of Owedumba is now awaiting a word from “dear leader” as where to arrive for their spoon of honey and some “change” robbed by Obuzzmaa from Joe The Plumber and the rest of us workers!

    The people opposing …
    The people opposing the health care reform aka the tea baggers are the same people that opposed the civil rights act.

    This reform isn’t perfect, I’d prefer a single payer system or even a private insurance system works if you follow the system of the Netherlands but this reform is a step FORWARD.

    It’s significant enough to already grant Barack Obama a place right behind Lyndon B Johnson as the greatest Post-WWII American President (for domestic policy, all Presidents are same foreign policy)

  17. ayethereztherub says:

    @solidysnake1 You …

    @memama2 – excellent insight. i think you are correct, however, in addition, “hog” is apparently another muslim extremist who voted for his muslim messiah! not only does he think he voted for obama to please allah, but he is probably one of the first people to get in line to collect “obama-cash”.
