    Sue them for what?

Your post doesn’t make sense. There is screening for the virus. What facilities do you want them to have? It requires routine medical facilities. A hospital doesn’t have to treat something unless it’s life endangering. If they don’t have the proper ability to take care of someone who is very sick, they should stabilize and transfer them.

Why is it the health departments fault if Tamiflu and masks are sold on the black market. You can buy masks anywhere. Tamiflu doesn’t work on swine flue.

You generally can’t sue the government anyway and there are no grounds for a lawsuit. Negligence requires a duty and a breach of that duty. That isn’t happening.
