Yes there are serious side effects that COULD happen to some people. Although it is very small chance anything could happen, but there is that chance! If our government would not make such illness for their stupid wars we would not have to suffer from such things, or have to fear what is coming next. Getting the flu shot is still putting a drug into your body that could damage your body in one way or another. The flu is a virus that no drug can cure! Just like a cold, it has to run it's course.
