Masters Degree in Health Education what can I do with it?

Although I do have a MS in Health Education, I have not used it in over 10 years, now I feel what I have learned is obsolete and need further education or other training, and keep having problems with getting more training so I can get back to work what should I do? What kind of work do you do, and how did you get your job?

I’m a nurse, you should brush up and use your education to help people out who are sick. Hospitals have education deptarments.
