Dr. Len Horowitz is an internationally known authority in behavioral science, public health education, and health practice management. He received his doctorate from Tufts University, was awarded a fellowship to do behavioral research at the University of Rochester, and later earned a Master of Public Health degree in behavioral science from Harvard University and a Masters degree in health education from Beacon College.
One of healthcare’s most captivating motivational speakers, Len has served on the faculties of Tufts University, Harvard University, and Leslie College’s Institute for the Arts and Human Development, directed a multidisciplinary health center for over a decade, and currently serves as President of Tetrahedron, Inc., a nonprofit health educational corporation.
Dr. Len Horowitz commented on a TB patient who’s been jailed because he didn’t wear a mask. The authorities who imprisoned the man are the ones who are negligent, as they are depriving him of natural cures such as sunlight and oxygenation, he said. Dr. Horowitz was also critical of a proposed anthrax vaccine– “it’s not science,” but a political and financial agenda, he declared.
