    There is nothing …
There is nothing wrong with having a Government…big government or not…it’s the people that run it that make it or break it…FIRE ALL HEALTH INSURANCE CEO’S They screwed everyone for far too long!

  2. americanbart says:

    Typical communist …
    Typical communist propaganda
Private Sector works better than Government.
This is why Healthcare must remain private. Less government is needed no more!
Take it Democrats or move out of USA (I would suggest you a Russia)
btw Al. Gore makes $50M/year by lying about “Climate Change” (a.k.a “Global Warming” before temperatures started to fall) Why it wasn’t mentioned in this ad.

  3. PMeirick says:

    Oh please, yourself …
Oh please, yourself. In what way are Dems “equally opposed” to the health reform bill? A few are, but most are for it. And all but (maybe) one GOP senator are opposed to the reform bill, even without a public option.

  4. 8DX says:

    The American dream …
The American dream is a lie. The cake is a lie.

  5. WorldTravelDude says:

    Miserable and …
Miserable and socialist country like China who holds the largest portion of your country’s debt…hahha

  6. 2010mustangs says:

    Oh please, this …
Oh please, this poster knows this vid is crap. It’s not the truth because it’s a phony commercial people. Dems are EQUALLY OPPOSED to the current bs in the health reform bill. See through the message…as I’m sure you already did!

This is an ANTI-REP clip and is here for that reason and that reason alone! Post your pro-dem vids all day, it’s your right, but misleading people with such CRAP is an insult to our intelligence.

  7. ShylosHouse says:

    The point is that …
The point is that large companies are promising campaign contributions to politicians to vote against policies that will benefit the American people in general, & they’re doing this so they can continue to gouge prices from the populace. Obama’s policy counters corporate abuse through competition, similar to how unions and the illegalizing of monopolies work now. Complete laissez-faire would unfortunately leave workers and customers open to much abuse.

    Japan: spends 8% …
Japan: spends 8% GDP, if you loose your job you don’t loose coverage; you are sent to community plan, patient per capita is $2600, the premium for familes is $280 per month half is payed by the employer, HI companies, employers, and Govt. have a role in paying for health care. LE: 83 yrs, and IMR: 3 deaths per 1,000 birth.

USA: spends 16% GDP, Lax regualtion, corruption, greed, and discrimination by tHI companies, 15% uninsured, 60% underinsured, LE: 76 yrs, and IMR: 7deaths per 1000

  9. chrisfo19 says:

    Wow I swear this …
Wow I swear this country is getting more stupid from redneck garbage form FOX and Rush Limbaugh. Obama is trying to make america into a hybrid system which has both a public and a private option. It is used in Japan, Singapore, Germany, Brazil, France, and New Zealand. Seriously take a geography class, a langauge class.

But just to show an example of a hybrid i am going to compare the JAPANESE to the AMERICAN SYSTEM.

  10. crunchyorange says:

    BTW – liberals are …
BTW – liberals are always telling me it’s not about class envy. What else is this ad about if not demonizing wealth. Is it the American dream that we should all live in miserable poverty, like every other socialist/communist country? Wealth is evil? Anyone who becomes rich is evil?

Makes no sense. When we’re all living in this euphoric state of equal poverty – who pays for healthcare then?

  11. crunchyorange says:

    I was going to …
I was going to respond to cantikq, but I really have no idea what he said.

I agree 100% we need to reform healthcare. I disagree with every fiber of my being that we need to allow the incompetent Washington politicians who know less about healthcare than they do the constitution, to take it over.

  12. cantikq says:

    If people can’t …
If people can’t switch job because they afraid of losing their benefit I think it so sad…why do most republican is so selfish? It’s time to reform the health care…American wake the F*** up!!!

  13. printo69 says:

    And Democrats are …
    And Democrats are saints?? LMAO!

    Get real!

Both parties are full of crooks!

  14. d00mie74 says:

    The overwhelming …
The overwhelming majority of Americans are morally bankrupt

  15. Longlakedreaming says:

    The over-whelming …
The over-whelming majority of Republicans in Congress and the Senate there days are morally bankrupt. Unlike their grandfathers and great-grandfathers, almost half of whom voted for Medicare and Social Security. The only voices of reason left in the GOP are Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins.

  16. SaveRepublic says:

    I’m discented that …
I’m discented that both sides of the isle call us constituents now. That is confusing to a number of American citizens. A constituent could be a colleague politician as well. We should be adressed as “The People” That is what is in our “U.S. Constitution” that upholds our freedoms. the more they devert from this the more “The People” forget.

  17. SaveRepublic says:

    @ Treblaine,

    You …
    @ Treblaine,

You are absolutely correct. Democrats are if not more wealthy than many Republicans but try & convince a liberal that good luck.

  18. SaveRepublic says:

    @rationalnow,

    @rationalnow,

Don’t worry the American majority has waken. The August town halls clearly show the discontent of obama & his corrupt democratic party trying to push a socialist agenda down the American peoples throats.

  19. rationalnow says:

    This so-called …
This so-called AmericansUnited is a dirty corrupt liberal special interest group that makes its money by spreading lies and B.S. left-wing propaganda against Republicans! You’ll never hear this sleazy group telling the truth about rotten corrupt Democrats taking big money and kickbacks to promote government-run health care. This organization is nothing but hypocritical left-wing corruption!

  20. givethemahand says:

    GOP plan?
    One of …

    GOP plan?
One of their most promoted is Sen. DeMint’s plan for a 5K tax credit or voucher (depending on income) for any family not covered by employer paid insurance.

    Hello…30 million families x 5K x 10 years is $1.5 trillion.
Thats more than the Dems propose! And 5 K does not buy much of a family policy. What it does buy, is those high deductible high copay polices that the insurance companies call “profit centers”.

What a bunch of disingenuous, politiically-driven turds!

  21. onlyrey says:

    I don’t know about …
I don’t know about Education, but overall, those who voted for the Democrat party in at least the last 3 elections have been from the wealthiest States. If you multiply the % of voters by each State’s average income (and if this number is significant), then Democrats show an average income 20% higher than Republicans. 20% is a huge difference which implies to me that this is not a new trend.

  22. JohnRhysMusician says:

    Actually of the 5 …
Actually of the 5 richest in congress and senate, 4 are Democrats. Congressman Darrell Issa (R-California) is the only Republican in the top 5. Historically Republicans have been more educated and more affluent, but after 2008 the title has swung to the Democratic party for the first time since 1964.

  23. BizzyWho says:

    Ever heard of …
Ever heard of reform? That’s when Congress passes laws to make sure companies abide by certain limits.

  24. KreemieNewgatt says:

    “. . .and for them …
“. . .and for them to be responsible. . .”

Maybe if we just said, “Pretty please?”

  25. Treblaine says:

    The problem with …
The problem with this is democrats are just as rich as the republicans, I don’t think this is a personal wealth issue.

After all, politicians from both sides get no where legislating for their own needs but instead legislating for their constituents so they can get re-elected.

US Government already spend as much per capita on healthcare as Canada, while Medicare and Medicaid already work so well, I don’t blame many for not wanting to rock the boat, but the system still needs reform.
