The firewall between government and commerce has been violated and deteriorated to a point that soon will not be able to distinguish what is private property and what is government property. If the government can confiscate huge segments of industry under the guise of saving them, what makes you think they can’t come for your personal property next? If you focus on repealing this bill you’re going to look like sore losers. The American public will not be interested in having you take away the gains we’ve made against the insurance companies. Repeal the pre-existing exclusions… are you kidding? Who would be in favor of that?
I predict that the GOP will forget about repealing HC reform.
When the polls increasingly show how much the public likes this law, the GOP will quickly distance itself from this fight.

I really love what DeMint is doing now. He is becoming more and more visible as a person trying to defend the Budget.
He needs to focus on balancing the Budget tho. We all love to help people and give them Healthcare. But not when we can’t afford it.
