Is there free health care for the poor who do not have health insurance policy?

I’m doing an assigment on Health Care policies of various countries. I am not from the US therefore would appreciate some answers. Thank you
If there is , then what is the message in Michael Moore’s SICKO ? I get the impression that the poor are not getting a good deal in health care

Yes, we have Medicare for everyone over 65 and disabled people under 65. We have Medicaid for poor people of all ages. We have state insurance for children even if the parents are not poor and make too much money to qualify for Medicaid.

Many people buy into the line that we have a health care crisis. Micheal Moore has an agenda to make money so he presented a one sided story on the subject to sell movie tickets.
