What have been the achievements of recent reforms in health policy in Britain?

Spend lots of money and have little if any improvement to show for it!
By the way don’t think all the new hospitals have come out of the money, most of them are bought on 30 year credit! It’s called PFI (Private Finance Initiative) where a private company builds the hospital and pays for it.
It then leases it back to the Government at exorbitant costs for 30 years!
