Internship regarding health promotion and children?

I am looking for a summer internship dealing with health education/promotion. Ideally, I would like something involving children. I have contacted the school system and a few other places, but I am starting to run out of ideas. Does anyone have any suggestions? I really need something paid due to rent payments.
