I’ve used coconut oil many years and have done my fair share of researching it, while its true of many other oils, coconut oil is one of the only oils that will maintain all its goodness even after being heated or even boiled. Which adds to its amazingness! Great vid ppl need to use natural stuff more! Olive oil is also a dailyfave of mine

I just bought this to use on my face, same exact brand. I steamed my face, massaged the oil in for about 10 minutes, then layed a hot wet rag on my face a few times and gently wiped it off. I hope it works for my acne. <3
