As a program of the Boston Public Health Commission, the Mayors Health Line is a private-public partnership that was developed by the Boston Committee on Access to Health Care to help Boston residents get the care they need

The Mayors Health Line is a free and confidential, information and referral phone service open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. For more than 20 years, the Mayors Health Line has been connecting Boston residents to the health care they need. We are the oldest multilingual operating health information and referral line in Massachusetts. All Health Line services are live, free, multilingual and confidential. Community health specialists are available through a live phone call to help navigate the complex maze of health care. We also have trained counselors that are available to answer questions regarding individuals and families health needs. Services are available in many languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Hatian-Creole, Cape Verdean Creole, Chinese, and more! The Health Line provides up-to-date information and resources for anyones health needs.
